This is now a Pet Friendly Apartment! We only ask that you pay a small pet deposit and that you avoid any pets larger than a German Shepherd. (In addition, please keep the number of heads on your dogs to three or less.)

Sewage is no longer covered by the apartment managers. You will receive a bill at the first of each month.
